Michael Bryan is an Associate Attorney whose practice is primarily focused on Estate Planning and NIL/contractual representation, dedicated to helping individuals, college athletes, and families protect their assets, preserve their legacy, and plan confidently for the future. He approaches estate planning with precision, discretion, and a client-centered philosophy — ensuring each plan is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and goals of those he represents.

Prior to focusing on estate planning, Mr. Bryan developed a strong foundation in civil litigation and insurance defense, representing clients in First-Party Property Insurance Defense and Workers' Compensation Defense. This litigation background provides a comprehensive practical perspective that enhances his approach to planning, risk mitigation, and client advocacy.

Mr. Bryan earned his B.S. in Business Management from Lynn University and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bryan proudly serves in the United States Army Reserve — a reflection of his commitment to discipline, leadership, and service.
